How I Work

Here’s what I don’t do. I don’t hand you a programme off a shelf, tell you to journal more and send you on your way.

What I do is sit with you, really sit with you, and figure out what’s actually going on. Not the surface stuff. The real stuff. The nervous system that’s been running on emergency mode for years. The nutrition that’s been an afterthought. The patterns you don’t even know are patterns yet. The thing you’ve been avoiding looking at that’s quietly running the show.

Then we build. Together. A plan that’s yours, not mine, not something I read in a book, not something that worked for the last person. Yours. Nutrition, herbal medicine, nervous system regulation, mindset work, breathwork, performance coaching, spiritual work if you’re open to it. Whatever the puzzle needs.

I make complex things simple. That’s what I do. I take everything I know, and it’s a lot, and I translate it into something you can actually use, understand and integrate into your life without it feeling like another job.
