You’re winning on paper.
So why does it feel like you’re losing?
The Problem
Let me guess. You built the thing. The career, the title, the life that looks incredible from the outside. People tell you how well you’re doing. And you smile. And you nod. And inside you’re thinking… when does this actually start feeling good?
You wake up already behind. Your brain is running seventeen tabs before your feet hit the floor. Decisions that used to take seconds now sit on your chest like a weight you can’t name. You’re getting more done than ever and enjoying precisely none of it.
And here’s the bit that really stings — you can’t even talk about it. Because who’s going to feel sorry for the person who “has it all”?
I get it. I’ve been that person. Ticking boxes in finance across London, Geneva and Edinburgh, looking the part and feeling completely hollow. So let me tell you something that took me years and one very big breaking point to learn: you’re not broken. You’ve just been running old software on a new life.
Here’s what’s on the other side.
You wake up knowing what to do. Not because someone gave you a morning routine from a podcast, but because your mind is actually clear. You make decisions from your gut, not from fear. Your energy isn’t this unpredictable thing that abandons you at 2pm. You do the things instead of thinking about doing the things and then beating yourself up for not doing the things.
People start looking at you differently. When you walk into a room, something’s shifted. They can feel it. You can feel it.
That’s not a motivational quote. That’s what happens when your mind, body and spirit are actually pulling in the same direction for once. And honestly? It’s simpler than you think. Not easy, but simple. That’s what I’m here for.
A bit about why I do this
I spent years in finance doing everything “right” and feeling everything wrong. That breaking point didn’t just change my career, it rewired my entire understanding of what performance actually means.
I went deep. Nutrition, herbal medicine, naturopathy, flow states, behavioural psychology, breathwork, and the Bwiti tradition of Gabon. I became obsessed with one question: how do humans actually work at their best? Not the Instagram version. The real version, where science and something older and wiser meet in the middle.
Now I work with founders, directors, executives and driven professionals who’ve hit their own invisible wall. The ones who are successful on paper but starving underneath. Together, we rebuild the foundation. Mind, body, spirit. Not as a nice idea, as a daily practice that compounds into a life you actually want to wake up for.
Think of me as your guide. Not a guru standing on a stage, someone to walk beside you, who knows where the potholes are, and will make you laugh while he rewires your life.
